This is Uzayr and just 16 months ago he had NEVER stepped foot in a gym before.
His transformation really embodies the fact that with the right training, nutrition, mindset, and coaching, there really are no limits.
The One Percent Club helped Uzayr transform physically through setting him regular resistance training, teaching him how to push himself and execute these exercises effectively and guiding his nutrition until he had gained 15KG!
After this we slowly reduced his body fat and revealing the physique and muscle he had built which you can clearly see in the pictures above.
The process as a whole has helped him develop his knowledge and confidence in a gym environment but also his confidence in himself as a whole. This comes partly from the aesthetic change but also due to achieving his goal through hard work and dedication which has improved the belief in himself and what he’s capable of.
