Sally reached out to The One Percent Club after feeling fed up of dodging cameras and avoiding looking at herself in the mirror as she didn’t recognise the person she saw. Her weight was the highest she’d known it to be and her body confidence was at it’s lowest. Although she was fairly active, Sally had only ever done classes before and was unsure of what she should be doing in the gym.
After 15 months of hard work she now has a body she can be proud of, has lost 20 KG body fat, is working towards getting her first pull up and can now deadlift her body weight. She’s achieved all this whilst working to support her body through peri menopause and now knows exactly what she needs to do to maximise her health and optimise her body.
