Georgina started off losing weight by herself but didn’t really have a structured nutrition/training programme in place. She’d done an amazing job but decided she wanted more and so reached out to The One Percent Club.
Georgina wanted support in building a physique as well as developing her strength as she could feel the tole that carrying extra weight was having on her joints. She wanted to really focus on maximising what her body could do as she started to strip away more body fat as well as maximising her health, so she could set a good example to her son.

Georgina struggled, as so many people do, with the link between her emotions and food and so a lot of her journey was centred around learning new healthy habits with her eating and finding more productive ways to deal with her emotions.

We also worked to strengthen her confidence, introduced weight training (she had only ever done cardio) and built up belief in her own abilities, both in and out of the gym.

The end result was a lifechanging 50KG fat loss as well as building up the strength to perform skills she never imagined should be able to do like press-ups, deadlifts and banded pullups! She has quite literally added years onto her life as well as massively boosting the quality for herself and setting an amazing example to her son of living a healthy lifestyle and a positive relationship with food.
