Adam had been playing rugby his entire life and regularly trained alongside his matches. He’d tried everything from other personal trainers, to crossfit but was frustrated at a lack of results and regular injuries.
Working in the corporate world, he felt that his regular lunch and dinner meetings were getting in the way of his progress and wanted help to see if he could achieve the results he’d worked so hard for but never achieved.
He also had injured his shoulder playing rugby and at 40 years old was thinking of retiring as he’d seen multiple physio’s who were unable to help.
After joining The One Percent Club, Adam was back playing rugby the following season, fitter, stronger and looking better than ever, all whilst still attending his work social events.
